- All wholesale items
ordered take 3-5 weeks to ship unless
item is on back order or has a specific drop ship date beyond the 3-5
weeks. You will be notified if item is on back order immediately.
- All retail items
purchased online take 7-10 business days
to ship to the customer.
- Shipping is not
included in the wholesale pricing nor
retail pricing and will be charged in addition to the items ordered.
- All orders are cash in
advance unless credit terms are
approved in advance by Ava Rose Designs. Ava Rose Designs accepts all
major credit cards; Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover,
as well as money order or cashier’s check or business check.
- All Wholesale
Customers with approved credit have 30-days
from drop ship date to make payment to Ava Rose Designs. Once order has
made Ava Rose Designs will confirm your order via email and or fax.
- All customers paying
by credit card will be charged
immediately when order is made.
- All checks must be
made out to Ava Rose Designs.
- Ava Rose Designs does
not accept returns or refunds after
order has been placed and paid for unless there is a manufacture defect
on the following items; Bermuda shorts, pajama pants, tank tops,
t-shirts, and woman’s polo shirts.
