We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to
Arizona. These orders are subject to a 8.95% sales tax and

Ava
Rose Designs ships UPS ground on all
orders (in some cases, UPS turns over the shipment to the USPS for delivery). It takes
4-10 business days to process and ship all orders and customers are
notified
once their order has been shipped.

All items are eligible for return or exchange up to 15-days after the purchase date as long as they are in their original and unused condition excluding blankets, bibs, burp cloths, and splat mats. Ava Rose Designs must be contacted prior to sending back any merchandise.

shipping. Since we turn around orders quickly, please contact
